Shipping Policy
I want to make sure you receive your order smoothly! Here’s what you need to know about shipping:
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available at [INSERT LOCATION]. If you choose this option, I’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking:
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to track its delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
I currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside of the U.S., please contact me for potential options.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items:
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact me at jenna@loveewecandlecompany.com, and I’ll work to resolve the issue. However, I am not responsible for stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier.
Address Modifications:
If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been shipped, the purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping costs. If the package does not return to me, you may need to place another order.
