Return and Exchange Policy
I want you to love your order! If there are any issues, please email me within 30 days so I can make it right. While no general returns are accepted, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, I’ll help resolve it.
If a return is needed, here are the details:
- You have 30 days from placing your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact me at jenna@loveewecandlecompany.com. If accepted, I’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
Exceptions: Certain items, like custom products, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. Please contact me if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges: The best way to get what you want is to return the original item (following the instructions above) and make a separate purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact me.
